The Light Between the tides art exhibition

‘The Light Between Tides’ art exhibition by Vanessa Clark showing at Sandgate Deli, Sandgate high st, Sandgate from 2 July to 30 August 2026.

The exhibition explores the changing light, energy and movement of the shoreline in Folkestone through a collection of contemporary paintings. Created using acrylic on canvas and reclaimed textiles, the work embraces texture, transformation and the beauty found in imperfection.

The exhibition is free to visit during the deli’s opening hours, and visitors will be able to view original paintings, cards and selected mosaic works.
