Still Sick Of It
STILL SICK OF IT is a multidisciplinary series of creative events, talks, exhibitions and workshops exploring Women’s Health and diet culture because here at Fourth Wall Folkestone, we’re STILL SICK OF IT!
Still sick of fatphobia, body shaming, diet culture, narrow beauty standards, inequalities in healthcare, fat being equated to unhealthiness, shrinking ourselves for others, food policing, lack of access to mental health support, being asked when we’re going to have kids and so much more…
So this programme is for anyone who is also STILL SICK OF IT. These exhibitions, workshops and talks are an unapologetic exploration of these themes. The programme will challenge the “norms” around body image, think beyond what we’ve been conditioned to believe about our bodies and what we “should” look like, embrace body acceptance, find joy in food, discuss health at every size, holistic approaches to health and so much more…
Join us, we’d love to have you be a part of the conversation.
