Rest & Reset – Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Workshop
Let the week melt away in stillness and sound—your weekend deserves a peaceful beginning, starting with you.
Step into a space of calm and restoration with this nourishing workshop designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
You’ll be gently guided through 50 minutes of deeply relaxing Yin Yoga with Marilyn, 500hour trauma-informed yoga teacher and level 4 Sports Massage Therapist. This slow, grounded practice helps release tension, increase flexibility, and unlock energetic blockages stored in the body.
After a short break, Justyna—a qualified yoga teacher, breath work instructor, and sound healer will take you on a guided journey of conscious breath work followed by a deeply healing sound bath. Let the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls wash over you, calming your nervous system and inviting deep rest and emotional release.

Instructions
Some yoga mats & yoga bricks will be available. Please bring your own yoga bricks & yoga mat if you have them and you may like to bring a blanket, cushion or pillow.
