Folkestone Soul Choir

NEW SOUL CHOIR ALERT! Coming on Wednesday, 10th September, weekly, 7:30pm – 9pm at the Cornerstone Centre, Folkestone!

Soul Choirs is a professionally run, inclusive Community Choir operating across South East London and Kent. We operate a fun packed singing and social calendar. Upbeat songs, easy to learn, no auditions and new members always welcome! Our sessions are high-energy, fun and filled with laughter as we learn a carefully curated playlist. We are strong supporters of singing being hugely beneficial to mental well-being, particularly in a group, and wholeheartedly believe it makes a difference, recently cemented by winning Kent Wellbeing Award.

Our repertoire is made up of fantastic soul and pop mash-ups, guaranteed to get your toes tapping at the very least! 

We’re always very keen to embed ourselves in the choir’s local community; we already perform regularly in the area at Cutty Sark Gardens, Hay’s Galleria, Margate Soul Festival, Dreamland, The Pantiles, Uptown Festival and On Blackheath to name a few! We’ve also performed alongside Mica Paris, Incognito, Odyssey and Alison Limerick at epic venues like KOKO.
